CASA was founded by global graduate students who lived the moment you cannot Google your way through: landing in a new country with a suitcase, a timeline, and a long list of decisions that all feel urgent.

We began with housing because housing is the first make or break variable. But supporting graduate students is never just about a lease. The real challenge is everything that surrounds it: funding decisions that determine whether a student can say yes, visa timelines that can change everything overnight, finding the right living situation, and becoming operational in the first week.

Some students start with us at the admit letter, before they even know what to ask. Others come later, already informed, needing targeted support in one step. CASA flexes to both because the journey is not linear and students are not one size fits all.

CASA also exists because institutions deeply care about graduate students, but cannot operate as an off campus concierge. We partner to extend support past admission and into real life, helping reduce melt, strengthen yield, and keep students steady through the year.

Today, our mission driven team draws from decades of experience across higher education, international enrollment, real estate technology, legal, wellness, and hospitality. We built what we wished existed: a one stop support system for the big decisions and the small questions that determine whether a graduate student truly thrives.
